1. About these terms
These terms govern the sale of products through this online store ("International Love", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before buying. We may update them; the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies.

3. Products
All items are made to order. Product photos are illustrative: colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and print placement may differ by a small margin from one item to another. Measurements in our size guides are taken flat and may vary by 1 to 3 cm.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include any discounts applied. Prices shown in currencies other than US dollars are converted at the current exchange rate, so they can change from day to day. Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price displayed when you place your order is the one that applies.
5. Taxes and duties
Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.
6. Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive our confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of a pricing error, suspected fraud, a payment problem or unavailability of the product. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
7. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.

9. Intellectual property
All designs, texts and images in this store are protected. You may not reproduce or resell them without our written permission.
10. Liability
We are liable for the conformity of the products we sell, as required by consumer law. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence, and may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
