GENERAL INFORMATION

Welcome to International Love. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to International Love. We operate this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services, to give you, the customer, a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). International Love is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.

These terms and conditions, together with any policy referenced here (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranties, disclaimers and limitation of liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By accepting these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment and shipping details. You represent that all information you provide is correct, current and complete. You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell or license your account to anyone else.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

All our items are made to order by third-party production partners. We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and appearance may differ from how they look on your screen, and print placement may vary slightly between items. Measurements in our size guides are taken flat and may vary by 1 to 3 cm. Product descriptions may be changed at any time at our discretion, and we may discontinue any product or limit quantities.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted once payment has been processed and we send you a confirmation email.

Our products go into production shortly after your order is confirmed. If you need to cancel, write to us as soon as possible. Once production has started we cannot cancel the order, but your right of withdrawal after delivery still applies.

Right of withdrawal. Consumers in the European Union have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer; if an item arrives faulty, wrong or damaged, we cover it.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation. Prices displayed in currencies other than US dollars are converted at the current exchange rate and may change from day to day. Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include shipping, handling, customs or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information, and you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our reasonable control. Delivery times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, videos and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement, are owned by International Love or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. The Shopify name, logo and related marks are trademarks of Shopify.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

You may be given access to third-party tools and links to third-party websites through the Services. We do not monitor or control them and provide access "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Any use of these tools or sites is entirely at your own risk. Complaints or questions about third-party products and services should be directed to that third party.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

International Love is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase made in our store is made directly with International Love. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and International Love, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages and liability arising out of or relating to your purchase and transaction with International Love.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's privacy policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 - FEEDBACK

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content ("feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display it in any medium, including for commercial purposes. You confirm that your feedback is yours to give, does not infringe anyone's rights and is not unlawful, abusive or obscene. We are not obliged to keep feedback confidential, to compensate you for it, or to respond to it.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to change or update information, or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice, including after you have placed your order.

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them for any unlawful or malicious purpose, to infringe our rights or those of others, to harass or abuse anyone, to transmit false or misleading information, to send unsolicited advertising, to impersonate any person or entity, to upload viruses or malicious code, to collect other people's personal information, or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Services. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have breached these Terms.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time at our discretion, and you remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, International Love and its partners, employees, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including loss of profits, revenue, savings or data, arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including our liability for the conformity of the products we sell.

SECTION 16 - INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless International Love, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, employees, agents and service providers from any loss, damage, liability or claim, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your access to and use of the Services.

SECTION 17 - SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with any policies published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent.
