Shipping policy
Production time
Every item is printed or made to order. Production takes 2 to 7 business days before your parcel leaves our production partner. Delivery time is added on top of that.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery once the parcel has shipped:
- Spain: 3 to 8 business days
- European Union: 5 to 12 business days
- United Kingdom, United States and Canada: 5 to 12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, peak seasons and carrier delays can make them longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and the number of items in your order. The exact amount is always shown before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you have not received it within 10 business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us.
Customs duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees. These are set by the destination country and are paid by the customer. They are not included in the price you pay us.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped, but the new shipping cost is paid by the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 30 days after shipping, email internationallove.support@gmail.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Split deliveries
Orders with several items may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate parcels, on different days, at no extra cost to you.
